Every year we were charged with coming up with new creative for this event, for high-level women donors. The creative had to include their signature lion and colors in the red/burgundy family. I came up with three concepts, to explore different levels of formality and energy. For each concept, I explored what the print invitation would look like, as well as an email banner (at that point our email system did not allow for fully designed emails) and how a pledge card might look on the table at the event, to help envision the full experience.
The partners loved the range, and were especially excited by the third concept, feeling that it perfectly captured the younger and more open and inviting feel that the group was moving toward. The event was a huge success, exceeding both the attendance and fundraising goals.
